Advertising Features

Also known as Advertorials, Promotional or Sponsored articles. Written in the form of an informative editorial article - usually with a subtle marketing message, they're a way of engaging your ideal audience while promoting what you do without a hard sell. They're more about informing and entertaining than selling.

Alt-Text Descriptions

Google doesn't like duplication. So you really shouldn't be using the same wording for a picture's Alt-text as for its caption. Alt-text (aka Alternative Text) is primarily a short piece of copy describing an image for anyone visually impaired. Written well, Alt-text not only makes your website, blog or social media post more user-friendly and accessible for everyone, it also helps improve search engine optimisation (SEO) because Google likes them too. Available as a stand-alone service option.

Articles and Blog Posts (SEO-friendly)

Firstly, they're always written for the reader - ensuring they're captivated from beginning to end. While at the same time keeping Google happy by weaving enough strategically placed keywords/phrases into your copy.

When it comes to sharing prices with you upfront on their website, you'll find many copywriters are rather shy. But I like to be a bit different. So, for starters, here's a broad outline.

MY DAY, HALF-DAY AND HOURLY COPYWRITING RATES

My rate for a standard writing day - 7½ hours£330
My rate for half a day£210
For smaller projects - or if you prefer to be charged an hourly rate - it's...£56 per hour
