VU City commissioned me to write the content for 2 eBooks aimed at architects based in Dublin or UK-based architects who may have projects in Dublin.

The aim of both eBooks is to raise awareness about VU City's 3D digital design and planning software platform. And encourage architects to discover more by viewing additional materials, booking a free trial or talking with one of their team.

The brief: The first eBook examined how architects could strengthen their planning applications for tall buildings in Dublin. The content explored understanding the context of a design and its surroundings and covered how VU City can help in this regard in very general terms.

The second eBook covered VU City's 3D digital design and planning models in much greater detail. In particular, how they increase the chances of planning application success. The content covered areas such as the Zone of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV) and Consented Schemes Timelines as shown in the image above.
