Looking for an experienced property copywriter, they approached me with a slightly complex and, in part, highly unusual copywriting brief.

The brief was to write the copy for three proposal documents. One was a brochure of almost 3000 words, plus two short-form documents supporting a proposed multi-million-pound development of luxury apartments and penthouses in southeast London.

Tyler Mandic Ltd is a firm of residential architects and constructors based in Chelsea. They specialise in planning and architectural design for high-end restoration and renovation projects centred primarily in the up-market central London areas of Westminster, Mayfair, Chelsea and Kensington.
